Zoe Zou is the Chief Marketing Officer of Wynn Macau, Limited. With extensive practical experience in brand management and marketing, she possesses a forward-thinking international perspective in the industry.

Before joining Wynn,  Zou served as General Manager of the premium skincare brand Paula’s Choice in Shanghai, and previously held roles with Alibaba heading the Tmall overseas business in the US. Zou also spent 13 years in the luxury division of L’Oréal, where she directed brand marketing initiatives for luxury brands such as Helena Rubinstein and Armani, successfully enhancing Kiehl’s presence in over 50 markets worldwide.

With her keen insights into consumer behavior in both domestic and international markets, along with her strong integrated marketing capabilities, Zou is actively driving the development of non-gaming projects at Wynn, continuously expanding into the high-end leisure tourism market, and enhancing the brand’s influence both locally and globally.
