Vallois Choi, Director of Marketing at Hotel ICON, is a guest lecturer at PolyU SHTM, a HKMA-certified Executive in Curation and Art Strategies, and an active member of the Foreign Correspondent Club, HKJC, Club Bravo, Musicaviva, and BODW+ Plus.
With extensive experience in hospitality, branding, marketing, and digital consulting, Vallois leads the Global Brand Marketing team at Hotel ICON. He focuses on revenue-driven strategies, overseeing the hotel’s global brand, marketing, and direct booking business to meet the needs of both local and international travelers. Vallois supervises the property’s five F&B brands, E-commerce, PR, communications, and brand partnerships. Notable achievements include launching two new outlets, expanding into platforms like XHS, WeChat, and Douyin to drive new revenue streams and grow brand awareness. He has spearheaded collaborations with the Simon Rogan Academy, Banyan Tree Bangkok, HKTB Wine & Dine Festival, and partnerships with General Consulates in Hong Kong. Hotel ICON has received prestigious accolades, including a Forbes 4-star rating and recognition as one of the top five hotels in Hong Kong on TripAdvisor.
