Prior to joining Chow Sang Sang, Scarlet held a regional marketing role at Citibank, where she gained valuable experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns and communication strategies. She also worked in several 4As creative agencies, where she honed her skills in advertising and marketing. Her extensive expertise in brand development, digital marketing, and customer experience in retail has driven numerous high-impact campaigns that have elevated the company’s market presence. She has been instrumental in earning multiple retail and customer experience awards for the company.

Scarlet holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Public Relations and Advertising from the School of Communication at Hong Kong Baptist University and is passionate about fostering creativity and excellence in the marketing field.
