Michelle Lam has international exposure in the property development and travel sectors, with extensive experience in corporate and marketing communications, stakeholder engagement and sustainability.

Tasked with leading the company’s communication and promotional functions, she creates and implements marketing campaigns in support of major property launches in Hong Kong and the Mainland. She also drives a number of ESG initiatives on various key topics such as climate resilience, wellness and community investment.

Michelle is the current Chairman of The Hong Kong Advertisers Association, a long-standing non-profit trade organization promoting ethics and professional excellence across the advertising  & marketing industry.
