She also leads conversations with key restaurant partners to come up with integrated campaigns, helps Deliveroo drive home key messages that align with the global platform and shapes the brand’s identity in the media space. Under Michel’s leadership, the brand has won several awards.

Previously, Michel has worked as a Consultant in Ogilvy Public Relations for almost seven years, serving a wide range of lifestyle and F&B clients including Carlsberg, Nestle, WWF, KFC, Pacific Place, Ocean Park, and more, which she and her team have won a number of awards from MARKIES, PR Awards Asia, and etc throughout the years.
