Becky Lam is a seasoned property marketer with over 15 years of experience in commercial and residential property branding, marketing and public relations.

As the Assistant General Manager of Nan Fung Development, she has ensured the successful launch of many residential projects, from mass-market to luxury, in the past. For example, the LP10 project in Tseung Kwan O she was in charge of strategic marketing for received numerous local and international marketing awards in 2021 and 2022.

To deliver the best homeowner experience, she has designed a customer relationship management programme, which not only builds customer loyalty but also drives cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Passionate about giving back to society, she has created a compelling, responsible and sustainable corporate image by developing social investment plans and engaging with local communities.

 Becky graduated from the University of Hong Kong with an MBA and holds a Bachelor of Communications degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
