Phoebe Tsang is a seasoned B2B communicator and marketer with more than 20 years of experiences in external, internal, leadership and crisis communications, as well as event management and digital marketing in both private and public sectors. As a passionate storyteller, Phoebe is skilled at driving communication strategies and campaigns globally and regionally. Currently, she is the Head of Regional Communications & Digital Marketing of Chemetall Asia., the Surface Treatment global business unit of BASF’s Coatings division, overseeing the reputation of the Chemetall brand in 7 markets across Asia Pacific. Having worked in Germany, Hong Kong, and Singapore, she is a strong believer in diversity and inclusion, as well as continuous learning. She is a Prosci^® certified change practitioner and will receive her MSc in Communication Management from Singapore Management University in June 2021.
