Ivy Wong has a versatile career profile which facilitates her to formulate strategies and solutions from different perspectives. She has worked in marketing, operations, partnership, and project management positions in various industries namely retail, e-payment and energy in HK and APAC. Being Shell Hong Kong’s Head of Mobility Marketing, she leads and motivates her team to grow the fuel, EV, loyalty, convenience store and car care business by enriching every customer’s journey and catching opportunities in energy transition.

Outside work, Ivy is committed to steer customer service by serving as the Vice-chairman of Hong Kong Association of Customer Service Excellence. She also promotes a diversified, equitable and inclusive working environment in her role as the Chair of Women’s Network at Shell.
