A passionate brand builder and storyteller, Josephine oversees all marketing communications and digital strategies for both Hyatt hotels in Singapore – Andaz Singapore and Grand Hyatt Singapore.

Prior to joining Hyatt in Singapore, Josephine has handled marketing and communications at luxury hotels in Singapore, and Beijing, where she spent five years in. In her last appointment at Park Hyatt Beijing, she played an instrumental role in hotel’s strategic communications and integrated marketing campaigns in relaunching upgraded hotel facilities and led the hotel’s 10th anniversary campaign, amongst other crucial marketing communication functions.

Josephine relishes immersive travel and F&B experiences. Above all, she is a curious lifelong learner.
