Erwin Doña has two decades of solid industry experience in the hospitality industry. He was a finalist in the 39th Agora Awards for Outstanding Achievement in Marketing Management Category, the highest award in marketing excellence in the Philippines. He served the hospitality industry in various management capacities such as product planning, brand marketing, public relations, and advertising campaigns. Erwin also championed and bagged the title of Hotel & Sales Marketing Association of the Philippines (HSMA) prestigious recognition, the Virtus Awards’ Marketing Campaign of the Year for his campaign “Vanguard of Filipino Heritage” for Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in 2018.

Recently, his name was included in a published book of Ambidextr “The Evangelists: Insights from the Leaders of the Nation’s Most Beloved Brands” for one of the best marketing strategist in the country representing Novotel Manila Araneta City.
