Pek Yeen has been in the banking and finance sector for over 25 years. She is Head, Marketing in Hong Leong Finance, the best performing bank in Singapore 2021 ranked by Financial Times’ publication, The Banker. As a seasoned marketer working in B2B and B2C marketing and corporate communications, she has been recognised by the industry for her award-winning high-performance marketing campaigns and innovative product development.
Prior to that, she led the mid-market Customer Proposition Marketing and Deposits at HSBC Singapore. She was instrumental in driving aggressive customer base growth and building sustainable core personal deposits. As Vice President at OCBC, she oversaw the growth acceleration in Secured Loans portfolio for Personal Financial Services.
Earlier in her career, she was in charge of E-Channel Management and Marketing at Standard Chartered Bank.
