Olivia is a seasoned sales and marketer with extensive experience in the tours and travel industry. Driven by her strong passion in this field, she has been a notable veteran in promoting theme parks as well as resorts for the span of 11 years, taking pride in promoting in a wide array of overseas markets including China, India and Hong Kong. Furthermore, she has been actively representing her company in various international trade shows. Namely, she was one of the speakers for PATA Annual Marketing Summit 2019 who delivered an articulate speech on the topic of marketing new destinations and managing customer experience. In addition to that, she is also an accomplished accountant with 13 years of finance & key account management in luxury retail brands.
