Kim Tan has over 30 years of experience in various industries and exposures (both locally and internationally) in fields such as lean management, organizational restructuring, business turnaround, sustainable business practices, sales, marketing and communications. Her versatile comprehension and experience give her the edge in her current position as the Head of Marketing and Country Communications for Continental Group in Malaysia and the Philippines.

Having worked in several countries with multinational team, she brings her added advantage to her work through multicultural approach to matters and events, be it in business or people. She believes that staying informed and on top of trends are important elements for success, knowing where the field is heading in the future enables holistic deliverance of plans and strategies with good acumen.

Besides work, she is passionate about inspiring others through coaching and training, as she believes in the significance and benefits of knowledge sharing, collaborations and teamwork.  She also dedicates her time contributing to society and community through charitable events and charity works.
