Currently serving as General Manager of Omni Channel & Marketing Innovation at The Mall Group, Anand plays a pivotal role in shaping customer engagement strategies and delivering integrated brand experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
His journey began with Lazada, where he first honed his understanding of the digital landscape. He later led the launch of a transformative marketplace platform for Central Group, redefining how Thai consumers interacted with brands online. Anand continued to push the boundaries of marketing and customer-centric innovation through initiatives such as “Mango” (now MakroPro), designed for the HORECA sector.
