Diana Dang currently holds the position of Head of Marketing at Le Comptoir in Hong Kong, where she oversees all marketing efforts for a portfolio of highly acclaimed restaurant concepts, including Michelin-starred establishments. Possessing a profound understanding of digital and social media, public relations, and e-commerce, Diana is instrumental in ensuring that Le Comptoir’s portfolio is consistently in the limelight, achieving maximum visibility and success.

However, Diana’s acumen extends beyond her current role. She is a true visionary and entrepreneur who co-founded her own award-winning restaurant concepts in Beijing and Hong Kong, where she served as the Director of Operations, overseeing the creation and fundraising of multiple brands and outlets. Her exceptional leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit also earned her international recognition while working at Swire Hotels in Beijing and NoHo Hospitality Group in New York City. 

Diana’s passion for sake and wine is evident from her extensive training and qualifications, including a Viticulture and Vinification Course from the American Sommelier Association and a Wine Foundations Course WSET 1 & 2 from New York. She is also a Certified Sake Professional from the Japanese Sake Education Council in Tokyo.
