With more 15 years of consumer marketing experience, Lahnee has a breadth of expertise in shaping strategy within multi-brand organisations to deliver a more seamless and personalised customer experience.
As the custodian of G’day Group’s multi-brand portfolio and customer journey, Lahnee is responsible for the company’s customer growth, digital and product, loyalty, data science and analytics, and brand strategies.
Since joining G’day Group in 2022, she has accelerated the company’s personalisation agenda, aligning the Group’s marketing and digital functions to drive more effective and data informed marketing decision making. Having assumed the CMO role following a period of rapid organisational growth and diversification, she has also overseen the delivery of new architecture for G’day Group’s brand portfolio, providing clearer distinction of the customer experience across the Group’s consumer brands.
