Penny is an award winning marketing leader with over 15 years of experience across B2C and B2B roles in financial services, media and content networks. She is currently with HSBC Commercial Banking where she is leading the B2B Integrated Marketing team to drive many firsts in customer marketing strategies and digital experiences to support the bank’s growth. In her previous role within HSBC, Penny led the Brand and Sponsorships team to successfully expand the bank’s flagship airport advertising strategy and global sponsorship programmes such as HSBC Women’s World Championship to deliver a step change in customer engagement and experiences with the global financial services brand. Under her charge, HSBC has garnered a number of international and local awards including WARC, Singapore Media Awards as well as an achievement in the Singapore Book of Records.
