A seasoned marketer with a keen business acumen, Kit heads up Brand Marketing, Communications, Loyalty and CRM at Pan Pacific Hotels Group, an established player in the hospitality industry with a global portfolio of hotels, resorts and serviced suites.

Kit’s career journey has seen her leading and working with dynamic teams to drive global and regional marketing strategies, integrated brand campaigns and launch new brands and extensions. Her fulfillment come from successes that have moved the needle in brand awareness, built market share and customer loyalty with existing audiences, and cultivated new/emerging customer segments and markets to support business objectives. Her greatest joy is found in learning from industry mentors and coaching team members, forming firm friendships with them through the years.

She has gained global experience through working in matrix and multi-national companies including Hilton, Fairmont Raffles and Forbes Asia.

Her passion is in the arts and she pursues her interest in dance at leisure. Either a cup of good coffee or a flute of bubblies will always make her day!
