Ms Jean Choi is the Chief Sales Officer of Mandai Wildlife Group. In her current role, she leads the Group’s global sales organisation, driving revenue growth, commercial strategy and strategic partnerships across Mandai Wildlife Reserve’s attractions, hospitality and destination experiences. She oversees international sales, corporate and MICE sales, trade distribution, and commercial partnerships, while working closely with stakeholders to strengthen Mandai’s position as a leading integrated wildlife and nature destination.

She joined Mandai Wildlife Group in November 2016. She has over two decades of experience in the travel, hospitality and tourism industry. She started her career in Boston, United States, with Le Méridien. Following that, she held leadership roles with Marriott International, Montigo Resorts Nongsa and Resorts World Sentosa, where she led the International Leisure division, overseeing a team of 50 individuals across five regional offices.

She believes that people are key to the success of an organisation. She is passionate about cultivating a positive company culture and developing high-performing teams. Jean is recognised as a dynamic commercial leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, known for building strategic partnerships, shaping commercial strategy and driving sustainable growth across multi-asset destinations.
