Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore

Agnes Lim joined the Land Transport Authority in 2011 and is the Director for Marketing Communications. She is responsible for strategic communications planning, marketing, events management, social media and corporate communications.

Key projects Agnes spearheaded include the SimplyGo campaign, Graciousness on Public Transport campaign featuring the five Thoughtful Characters, Knackstop merchandising, and publicity efforts in the lead up to the opening of new MRT stations.

Prior to LTA, Agnes held roles in the Ministry of Defence, SMRT Corporation and Public Service Division (PMO).
