Wence Wenceslao has 13 years driving digital businesses & is the Digital Hub Lead of Unilever Philippines, driving digital and data-driven marketing in the country. The Hub received 10 awards under her leadership, most notably is Digital Hub of the Year, bested across multiple global markets.
Before Unilever, she was the Senior AVP for Digital Marketing & Innovations at SM Investments, the largest conglomerate in the Philippines. She led best practices in channels and communications across the SM group, established partnerships to integrate omni-experiences, and led e-commerce through UX, branding and marketing.
She was also the Director for Strategy & Governance for Globe, the largest telco in the country, leading double-digit revenue growth in VAS & Advertising. She managed product innovation, growing the portfolio from 5 to 50 products in less than 2 years. And led the strategy of new digital verticals e.g. API, big data and Paid WiFi.
