Allen is a high performing and a creative growth professional with over 20 years of experience in Marketing, straddling various industries notably, real estate development, non-profit pharmaceutical, franchising and direct marketing.

A licensed real estate broker as well, his experience in the Real Estate industry is deep as it is diverse. Allen has led and managed business units for one of Europe’s largest homebuilders, and key property developers belonging to the Top 500 companies in the Philippines.

In his leadership roles, Allen has shown the capacity to develop and implement growth opportunities within and between companies and create long-term value for the organization from customers, markets and relationships. In recent years, Allen has focused on managing the interlocking framework and strategies of people, process and technology to power the company’s position, especially in this increasingly digital environment.
