Currently serving as the chief digital and marketing officer of Malaysia and Singapore at L’Oréal, Cecilia specialises in navigating complex marketing and digital transformations while managing high-performing teams in a VUCA world. Throughout her career, Cecilia has held pivotal leadership roles at major global MNCs including Mars, Samsung, eBay, etc. She holds a master of business administration (MBA) in finance from the University of Malaya, complemented by a technical foundation with a bachelor of science in computer science from De Montfort University.
