In the recent years, she joined top leading luxury retail brands to take up a major role of business transformation, market & customer segmentation, and develop growth strategy.

With a passion for the integration of intuitive consumer communication & curated retail experiences into product development and commercialization activities, Heidi has been an active and committed leader with expertise in building, coaching and driving teams to build the success together. Heidi joined the leadership team at BSH Home Appliance Hong Kong and Taiwan. Her mission is to rejuvenate luxury and premium home appliance brand under BSH brand portfolio to drive sustainable growth in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
