Mini Sood Banerjee

Mini Sood Banerjee has over 15 years of experience in marketing and branding roles spanning the beauty and the advertising industry. In the beauty industry, she has held leadership positions on three brands – Innisfree, Biotique and Revlon. Her stint at Ogilvy Advertising included handling multiple brands like LG, Eno (GSK), Perfetti Van Melle, Dabur, WWF and Afghan Telecom.

Mini was the first employee of the South Korean cosmetics and skin-care brand, Innisfree in India. She literally introduced the brand in India in 2013. Since then, she has grown to become the Head of Marketing within the company. Her work includes managing digital, offline, influencer marketing, PR and product development. Under her tenure, brand Innisfree has picked up over 22 awards.

Mini is a great proponent of women breaking the glass ceiling at work. In 2017, Mini received the Best Employee Award amongst all the Innisfree employees in Asia. In 2019, she received the prestigious intra-company award – AP Minds – the highest honour in the Innisfree Group. In 2021, she was awarded the Ace of Initiative Award by the President of Innisfree Corporation. Mini has a Bachelor’s degree from Delhi University, MBA degree and EPBM from Indian Institute of Management – Calcutta.
