Virginia Mo has been the market head of Snow Brand Hong Kong since 2004 and she is a visionary leader with proven track record of driving business and market share growth. She is responsible for formulating medium to long term strategies to expand the company’s business in Hong Kong and Macau. Her strong intellect power allows her to lead effectively through the building of a strong community with complementary talents within the company to achieve business targets. Under her leadership, the company had achieved phenomenal business growth for consecutive 8 years since she was on board. With a passion for work well done, Virginia continues to expand Snow Brand’s product portfolio through new market entrance in adult nutrition business and organic line business as well as setting up e-commerce business in Greater China Area.

Virginia possesses solid crisis management experiences and skills. She had led the company to resolve several business crises in turbulent times over the years. She has strong networking and negotiation skills and acts as the principal representative of the company to deal with the government, public organizations, industry peers and the media.
