Renee Chan is a seasoned marketer with extensive experience in the retailer, FMCG, F&B and digital space. She currently is the Customer Experience and Marketing Director for Pizza Hut and PHD Hong Kong and Macao at Jardine Restaurant Group. She brings the expertise of turning data insights into customer experience engagement, develops the brand strategy and leads the digital transformation to optimize eCommerce, loyalty and omnichannel marketing in the region.
Prior to JRG, Renee held senior positions at Watsons Hong Kong, A.S. Watson Group, where she led the team on brand transformation from traditional retail marketing to a full-scale migration to O+O and CRM digital-lead customer marketing.
