Melanie Man is a seasoned Customer Loyalty veteran. She has extensive experience in building and delivering customer-centric strategies covering Loyalty Program, Member Acquisition, Retention, Communication, Personalistion, Omnichannel Marketing Campaigns as well as Data Analytics & Insights. Her tenured working experience spans across London, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Within loyalty industry, Melanie has a special focus in leveraging CRM systems, Big Data and AI to improve customer experience at scale. Currently Melanie is heading up Customer Retention and Global Marketing Promotion teams in YesSytle.com (HKEX: 2209), leading a team of 10.
Prior to YesStyle.com. Melanie has held numerous responsibilities both in-house and in agencies, e.g. Loyalty Operations in BrandLoyalty Shanghai; Media Planning in Dunnhumby UK; and CRM systems in DFS Limited HK. Melanie’s formal education includes two Masters Degree – London Business School (Masters in Management) and HKUST Business School (Masters in Information Systems Management).
