Matthew Li is an all-round marketing leader and the Head of Brand and Marketing at Decathlon Hong Kong. Since joining Decathlon in 2022, he has been instrumental in refining the brand’s presence in Hong Kong, steering its evolution from a sport retailer to a multi-sport specialist. Matthew oversees the full spectrum of marketing efforts, from brand strategy and CRM to social media, performance marketing, and partnerships. Matthew is passionate about making sports accessible to the many, and continues to play a pivotal role in growing the Decathlon brand and its market share in Hong Kong.
