Marketing Director

Kim Plaggenburg is a senior hospitality marketing professional with more than 13 years of experience regionally. She has worked on high-end concepts and larger hospitality / restaurant groups alike managing different marketing strategies on brand, group and corporate level. Areas of expertise include marketing communications, digital marketing, brand marketing, CRM & loyalty marketing and social media & content. 

She is currently at Feather & Bone as Head of Marketing leading strategies in this area for retail, e-commerce and its restaurants. Prior to that she was Group Marketing Director for The Greater China Restaurant Company where she was responsible for both Hong Kong and China markets. She’s held several senior marketing positions that also involved working with celebrity chefs and other well-known industry leaders. She’s a creative individual and enjoys the competitive and challenging hospitality scene.
