Asia Miles

Igor Lau is the Digital Experience and Member Engagement Head at Asia Miles, with responsibility for member life cycle management as well as oversight of the company’s digital touch-points such as the website and mobile app, social media channels and marketing technologies.

Since joining Asia Miles in 2016, he has played a key role in its digital transformation journey, leading several projects that have had tangible results in terms of improving the customer experience and boosting marketing efficacy.

He drove a full-scale revamp of the Asia Miles website and mobile app and led projects that enabled marketing automation and personalisation. He also oversaw work to advance Asia Miles’ digital analytics capabilities to give a better understanding of member behaviour and drive insights to business actions.

Lau has nearly 20 years of digital and integrated marketing experience across the financial, travel, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. Recently, he was a digital strategist at Mindshare, and prior to that was Group Account Director at marketing agency OgilvyOne, gaining extensive experience in branding, promotional marketing, digital engagement and loyalty communications.
