Harold Lee is currently the Director of Digital Customer Experience at The Peninsula Hotels Head office, responsible for group-level digital customer experience strategy, including data governance, analytics and CRM. Prior to joining The Peninsula Hotels, he grew his career in luxury, retail and FMCG industries, helping world-leading brands develop and implement CRM, digital and analytics roadmap in Asia Pacific. He also worked in Nielsen in his earlier career, managing client accounts like Colgate, Vitasoy, Nestle in retail measurement service areas.
Harold Lee considers marketing as both Science and Art, that finding ways for creativity and data analytics to work well together is key to success. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a master’s degree in Data Science.
