Daisy Wong is the Head of Branding & Communication of WeLab Bank, a virtual bank licensed by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. WeLab Bank operates under WeLab Group, a leading fintech company in Asia. Founded by a team of financial and technology experts, WeLab Bank’s mission is to empower customers to manage, save and grow their wealth by using technology to design a personalized intelligent banking experience. WeLab Bank represents a 100% digital banking experience that is simple, intuitive, and built around customers.

Leading WeLab Bank’s marketing communications, Daisy has driven through-the-line communications, strategy, and performance to profitability. Daisy also oversees the launch of GoWealth, marking WeLab Bank’s milestone in becoming Asia’s 1st purely digital bank to launch a wealth robo-advisory solution. Before taking up her current role, Daisy was the Head of Marketing at WeLend, another subsidiary of WeLab Group, where she drove significant customer growth through effective digital marketing strategy, enabling the successful launch of the FIRST & ONLY loan program in Asia with Apple Inc.

Prior to joining WeLab Group, Daisy had honed her skills in agency-side marketing, with over 15 years’ of experience in leading global brand, PR and marketing strategies across a diversity of sectors. She also held senior positions at NowTV, where she then shifted to focus on digital marketing & transformation.

 Daisy was a committee member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau Hong Kong (IAB HK) to support marketers embrace digital in Hong Kong’s advertising and marketing industry.
