Chris runs Sephora’s Beauty Pass program across Asia Pacific: the region’s most loved beauty community. He started his 14 year career in data analytics in the UK, initially in consumer finance before moving to the customer loyalty industry first at Aimia (then Loyalty Management Group), then in Australia with Qantas Frequent Flyer and The Star Entertainment Group before moving to Singapore in 2016 to build Sephora’s regional centre of excellence.
