Ms Charlotte Ho is the Assistant General Manager of the new department – Discovery Bay Branding & Marketing, Hong Kong Resort (HKR), charged with establishing Discovery Bay’s image as a lifestyle curator and a preferred destination for living, leisure and business through planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional events, media events, branding exercises, sponsorship solicitation as well as leading the development of digital & social media strategies for DB.

Before assuming to this role in April 2022, Charlotte was the Director of Marketing & Membership of Auberge Hospitality, the hospitality arm of HKR, promoting the image and business of its brands including the seaside resort hotel Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong, Discovery Bay Recreation Club, Club Siena, Discovery Bay Golf Club, HK’s newest international-standard DB Ice Rink and the upmarket Lantau Yacht Club.

Charlotte also worked in different marketing roles at Hong Kong Tourism Board in Hong Kong & Sydney, the cargo airlines Polar Air Cargo Worldwide Inc, HKR International’s Destination Marketing for Discovery Bay as well as Leasing & Management at HKRI Taikoo Hui in Shanghai. Before rejoining HKR, Charlotte was the Group Director of Marketing ‐ Gold Coast, Sino Hotels.
