Björn Lundberg
PVH Asia
Björn Lundberg is the Director of CRM for PVH Asia. He sets the strategic member engagement and loyalty direction, oversees the data-driven lifecycle communications and develops consumer analytics capabilities for the two brands Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. In his role, Björn focuses on designing and launching member acquisition and retention initiatives, digitizing and automating consumer journeys and optimizing the omnichannel experiences.
With more than 8 years in the Fashion / Retail industry, he has previously led workstreams in large scale business and digital transformations throughout the value chain in both Asia and in Europe. Before joining PVH, he held various management consultant roles at Accenture and Business Sweden.
