Birgitta Tam is the Head of Customer Digital Experience of The Hong Kong Jockey Club, leading the digital transformation of wagering customer journey end-to-end from acquisition, on-boarding, engagement to customer services.
She is a digital experience strategist with a decade of successful experience. She has introduced various new initiatives to enhance the omni-channel experience, including HKJC branded OTT services, customer loyalty and CRM self-service portals, online Gift Shop, FinTech and ePayment solutions, VR and 360° entertainment.
She graduated from Hong Kong University with first class honours in computer science, information systems. In addition, she holds an MBA from Oxford University with a China Oxford Funding Scholarship.
