Shannon Cho is Head of Content & Creative, playing a key role in overseeing the networks business, shaping the strategic direction as well as content and creative related functions to adapt to the rapidly changing media environment and needs of audiences.
Shannon is a veteran in the field of content and marketing, brings a deep understanding of the business and its capabilities for opportunities and partnership locally and internationally.
Shannon joined Warner Bros Discovery as Senior Director, Content & Creative, in 2020 and was a part of management that expanded Korean production, including the launch of Korea channels and Discovery’s first Studio business in Asia, to enhance synergies in different business groups.
Prior to joining Warner Bros Discovery, Shannon worked in the media & entertainment industry for close to 20 years including Disney and Fox based in Hong Kong, Sony, Viacom, and CJ ENM in Korea and Zodiak in France, where she held comprehensive senior positions for strategy, business development, content, and marketing across international markets.
