Sarah’s career journey began in service excellence at Singapore Airlines, sparking her commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. Since then, she has taken on business development and customer success roles in tech companies such as Darktrace, Gartner, and impact.com, building upon her experience in developing teams and managing high-impact relationships with global clients.

Currently, she heads the marketing and community efforts for Singapore’s largest Anytime Fitness franchisee (DKD Group), where her role is focused on driving member engagement, creating content, building brand partnerships, and helping to establish SOPs to support DKD’s growth. Alongside this, she also serves as a board member for Sponsors in Tech Singapore (formerly known as Girls in Tech), a role she began during her time in the tech industry and continues to pursue passionately.
