With nearly 20 years of global experience in brand management and marketing, Indre brings deep expertise in driving profitable growth, strengthening brand equity, and elevating customer experience for world-leading brands. She has held roles across multiple industries – including MICE, FMCG, media, and healthcare – gaining a broad, international perspective on consumers and markets.
Since joining IHG in 2014, Indre has held a series of regional and global leadership roles across the company. In 2024, she took on the leadership of Marketing and the Luxury & Lifestyle Brands function for one of IHG’s most dynamic regions, East Asia and the Pacific – spanning 20+ countries, 12 brands, and more than 300 hotels.
In this role, Indre leads strategy, performance, and guest experience for IHG’s Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio across the region. She also oversees the regional marketing function, driving brand impact, customer loyalty, and commercial performance. Indre leads a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team based across Singapore, Sydney, Bangkok, and Tokyo.
Indre holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Management & Business Administration from Vilnius University.
Having lived in five countries, Indre has called Asia home for more than 16 years. She currently lives in Singapore with her husband and two young daughters.
