Siew Lai is the Director of Marketing Malaysia for PropertyGuru Group and iProperty.com.my, and she is part of the Malaysia leadership team. Siew Lai is responsible for overseeing the marketing operations including developing strategies to increase overall engagement and traffic to the website, developing plans to promote the brand growth and business goals of PropertyGuru.com.my and iProperty.com.my, optimising programmes to increase the lifetime value of partners such as property agents and property developers, developing social media strategies to drive consumer engagement and solidify brand reputation, developing solid media relations and providing creative guidelines and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

Having graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business from University Sains Malaysia (USM), Siew Lai has over 19 years of experience in strategic planning and execution of marketing communication strategies within many highly competitive industries such as e-commerce, media and entertainment. Her previous roles include VP of Marketing at Celcom Planet where she was in charge of brand development, public relations, and customer relationship management for 11street Malaysia. Previously, she was the General Manager for Projects and Event Management at the Star Media group.
