Nathrah Johar Salim is a storyteller at heart and a strategist by training, blending 18 years of experience across Malaysia and Africa into a rare ability to turn big ideas into action. As Head of Communications at Teleport, she orchestrates the regional narrative across seven Asia Pacific markets, shaping industry and government relations initiatives to put Teleport at the forefront of air logistics. Nathrah’s journey has seen her play active roles in shaping national development plans and lead change from the inside out, in both her capacity as Vice President at Green Packet and PEMANDU Associates. She led multi-disciplinary teams to implement national development plans, performance management frameworks, and integrated communication strategies. She has a strong background in stakeholder engagement, programme implementation, government relations and strategic communications. She thrives at the intersection of strategy and communication—translating complex ambitions into compelling stories that move people and markets alike.
