Ming Yen currently heads Brand and Digital Marketing for AIA Malaysia and is responsible for its branding, content, online and social media strategy, as well as the development and engagement of the customer app and portal.

She started her career in advertising as an account manager, handling a wide range of international and local clients from the Banking, Telco, FMCG, Retail, and Automotive industries. She then took on a recruiter role for creative and media talent, before taking on Marketing and CRM roles in leading corporations, namely BMW, Astro and now in AIA.

Ming Yen is a passionate, data driven Marketer and a strong believer in purposeful marketing initiatives that delivers sales results as well as meaningful societal impact. In her free time, she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, Wordle and playtime with her active toddler.
