Malathi is the Head of Communications for Lendlease Malaysia, a leading international property and infrastructure group with operations in Australia, Asia, Europe and the Americas. In Malaysia, Lendlease is developing the company’s largest integrated development in Asia – The Exchange TRX, a city-defining project in the heart of Tun Razak Exchange.

In her current role, she is responsible for the strategic direction of the entire communications function, inclusive of corporate and marketing communications, media relations, employee communications and community relations.

An experienced corporate & marketing communications professional with over 25 years of experience, Malathi has held senior leadership roles across leading hospitality and property development brands including the Hilton Group, BRDB and Eastern & Oriental Berhad.

A strategic thinker with proven expertise in brand management, she believes that the communications function is at the forefront of driving brand trust and reputation. A passionate advocate for continuous learning and development, Malathi has a keen interest in growing and mentoring young talent.
