Li Shian currently heads the marketing team for Consumer Digital products with Maybank. In her current role, she is responsible for driving growth for its range of digital products.

With more than 14 years of working experience, she is a marketing and product specialist across various industries. Starting off with a leading communications entity, Maxis for the Hotlink prepaid brand, then diversifying into ride sharing & leading GrabFood with Grab and is currently heading the marketing team for Consumer Digital with Maybank.

Her core belief is that every marketing campaign and activity should be impactful, relevant and memorable to its consumers. Some of her key highlights were launching of both GrabFood in Malaysia and the MAE app. Her most memorable endeavour to date was the “MAE-ke IT ONG” campaign that has won a Gold in the “Excellence in Brand Awareness” award at Appies 2021, where pivotal changes in strategy was made within 24 hours due to lockdown announcement to ensure its success in execution.
