Leon Tham has over 14 years of experience across the banking and logistics industry. He began his career in international corporate strategy, fixed income research, and private banking for major banks before he transitioned into logistics, where his career flourished in TNTT Packages Express – the express carrier subsidiary of Tiong Nam Logistics Holdings.

Passionate in B2B sales and marketing strategy and execution, he helped the company double top-line revenue with healthy and sustainable margins, and kept the brand relevant amid intense competition that forced several significant players to exit in recent years.

Leon holds a bachelor of business and commerce in accounting, banking and finance from Monash University Malaysia.

Off duty, he mentors youth, volunteers in community initiatives, and grows the new Olympic sport called flag football in Malaysia.
