Fadzleen started her career with the single decision to make tangible, lasting impacts wherever she goes. After 16 years of mostly being present in the retail industry, it’s clear that decision has cemented her as a trailblazer and an all-rounder in brand building and communications. From conceptualisation to handpicking strategic partnerships, the care towards the minute details is what landed her and the team at ROBINSONS, the prestigious BrandLaureate Industry Champion Brand ICON Award for Lifestyle Luxury Retail Experience in 2018.

She is currently the Head of Marketing & Communications at FJ Benjamin where she builds and strengthens brands such as Marc Jacobs, La Senza, GUESS, Superdry and more of the company’s diversified portfolio. Digitalisation has always been one of her top priorities and the pandemic only accelerated the sprouting of e-commerce platform launches for Superdry, GUESS, Pretty Ballerinas and LANCEL under her helm. 

Prior to joining FJ Benjamin, Fadzleen developed her broad defining skills at The Melium Group, YTL Land, Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS and Robinson & Co. where she established herself as a sought-after specialist in Marketing Communications.
