Prior to that, she was also in the healthcare industry and has worked for the 2 leading private hospitals in Malaysia, namely Subang Jaya Medical Centre for 6 years and Sunway Medical Centre for 9 years. She loves writing and travelling. She left her corporate life in 2010 to serve the National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia, a NGO in Malaysia that provides subsidized dialysis treatment for the underprivileged community in Malaysia.
