He has developed his niche and expertise while leading several strategic initiatives related to corporate branding, go-to-market strategies, customer touchpoint enhancement, cultural and retail transformation, as well as reputation management. He has, to his credit, several notable successful launches of core and digital products in the telecommunications sector, brand refresh initiatives, and corporate responsibility projects.
