Serene joined NVPC on 1 July 2024 with the conviction that stories have a way of connecting communities and catalysing conversations that spark change.
Coming from a background in public service, she drew up brand narratives and pursued partnerships that positioned Singapore as a compelling tourism destination and business hub. After venturing into the private sector to build experience in brand, marketing and communications across the education, energy and tech sectors, Serene made a return to the Singapore brand. Inspired by the purpose of nurturing the heart of Singapore into a ‘We First’ society, Serene leads the team in dreaming up stories of Singapore as a City of Good.
